Callum

Our son Callum was born only at 24 weeks gestation. He spent 113 days in an ICU and then 12 months on oxygen at home. Even though we were able to bring our son home, other health complications arose. Since then Callum has been diagnosed with chronic lung disease and later with ASD.

Callum and our family are very thankful for the Embrace Foundation have helped him to be the best he can be. Upon also the recommendation of his physiotherapist, Callum began Hapkido to help with his balance, strength and coordination. After a lot of hard work and determination, Callum received his Black belt which has brought great excitement to all of us. Callum continues to make pleasing progress.

He loves cubing and spending time with his family and friends.
